Accepting these terms

By creating an account or using HiPanel, you agree to these terms and the Privacy policy. If you use HiPanel on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

The service

HiPanel is a control panel that helps you set up and manage servers, sites, deploys, domains, SSL, backups and monitoring on infrastructure you own or rent. HiPanel is not a hosting service: servers live in your account with your provider, and the contract and server fees are between you and that provider.

Accounts and teams

• You sign in with a supported sign-in provider and are responsible for keeping that account secure.
• Team owners are responsible for the members they invite, the roles they grant and the API tokens created in the team.
• Tell us right away if you suspect an account or token has been compromised, and revoke that token in the panel.

Free plan and limits

HiPanel is free within 20 servers, 200 sites and 1 million AI tokens for the assistant. Limits may change; changes that work against you will be announced in advance. If you need more, contact us.

Server access

When you add a server, you allow HiPanel to access it with an SSH key HiPanel generates, in order to perform the actions you request.

• HiPanel only sends commands to a server when you ask: by clicking an action, calling the API with your token, approving a suggestion from the AI assistant, or turning on an automation such as deploy on push or a backup schedule.
• You can revoke access at any time by removing the server from HiPanel, or by deleting HiPanel's key from the server.
• You only add servers you are legally entitled to administer.

Your responsibilities

• The content, applications and data running on your servers, and their compliance with the law.
• Your contracts and fees with the infrastructure, domain and S3 providers you use.
• Checking your backups and that important data can be restored. HiPanel provides backup tools but does not test them for you.
• Keeping API tokens secret and granting only the scopes needed.

Acceptable use

You may not use HiPanel to:

• Break the law, or infringe other people's intellectual property or privacy.
• Distribute malware, run scams, send spam or attack other systems.
• Manage servers you have no legal right to access.
• Probe, bypass security, overload, or gain unauthorized access to HiPanel or other people's accounts.
• Resell or re-provide HiPanel to third parties without an agreement with us.

AI assistant

The AI assistant can produce inaccurate analysis or suggestions. Read the confirmation card carefully before approving; an action you approve counts as your own. Assistant usage is measured in tokens within your plan's limit.

API

You may use the API within its rate limits and your token's scopes. We may change the API; changes that break existing integrations will be announced before they take effect.

Availability

We work to keep HiPanel running continuously but make no availability commitment for the free plan. If HiPanel is interrupted, the sites on your servers keep running because they don't depend on HiPanel to serve traffic.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, HiPanel is provided as is. We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss arising from your configuration, content or infrastructure, or that of your providers.

Suspension and termination

You can stop using HiPanel at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms and will tell you why unless the law prevents it. After termination, data is handled according to the Privacy policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Significant changes are announced by email or in the panel before they take effect; continuing to use the service afterwards means you accept the new version.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes are first resolved through negotiation; failing that, they go to a competent court in Vietnam.
